Delivery

    • We provide free of charge CIP delivery to our clients.*

    • Orders below 5000 Eurо are delivered by DHL Express

    • Orders over 5000 Euro are delivered based on the mutual agreement. FOB is also an option, certainly.

*Please pay attention that standard Incoterms rules are applied and any domestic duties, taxes, customs fees applicable are applied to the buyer.

Return Policy

     As international wholesale shipments are accompanied by a package of logistics and customs services, it is hardly possible to accept the return of the good from the corporate customer. But we are widely open to solve  rare and unexpected issues case by case.


To retail customer

Delivery

    • We provide worldwide free of charge standard air delivery to our customers in more than 230 countries executed by Ukrposhta. 

    • If customer would like to receive goods by urgent shipment, this will cost additional amount which needs to be cleared additionally.

    • Please pay attention that due to the international delivery, domestic customs rules of your country could be applied to the package*. Any local fees and charges are the responsibility of a buyer. *

 *We do compliant with the requirement of EU of the VAT Payment entered into force on 1-st of July 2021 for the goods cost below 150Euro. If you are EU customer located, the VAT payment related to your country in the European Union will be indicated and added to the withdrawn amount during the checkout.

Return Policy

     We accept the return of the goods from the retail customer. 

    • Please let us know by email or message the reason of the return.

    • The return should be sent during 14 days maximum after goods receiving.

    • Customer should ensure and provide the sufficient prove (tracking number) of the return sent, as if we don’t receive an item we are not in charge to refund the payment. 

    • Once the return is received a full refund of the item/s  will be processed to the credit card within 10 days.

    • Please note we do NOT refund international customs taxes and sales charges.

    • The fee for the return shipment is the responsibility of the customer.

    • Item/s should be in the original condition. It must be unworn in the original packaging, carefully packed. If there is any damage during the transportation-we can not make a refund, as we cannot be responsible for any damage to the product through the postal service.
